Live the Big Screen version of your life

“I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

The #1 Regret of the dying:

It’s all too easy to get caught up with the busyness of life and the endless to-do lists, constantly striving to be a good mother, daughter, partner, sister, friend, neighbour, employee…

We’re told, ‘Live your best life’ and ‘Be the best version of you.’ (Even writing those statements bring me out in a cold sweat!) It’s exhausting.

The pressure is immense - Do More, Be More, Have More!

So, let’s be clear – Doing More, Having More, Being More is NOT living the Big Screen version of your life.

It’s actually the perfect recipe for living according to other people’s expectations and ending up burnt out, disillusioned, and empty.

The only way to live this awesome life that we’ve been gifted is to live authentically.

To be honest and vulnerable, courageous and curious. To take risks, to dig deep, and to do all this with a whole heap of self-compassion.

I’m on a quest to discover what it means to live true to who you truly are. I would love you to join me…

Since I am responsible for my own life, I need courage to pursue my authentic path.
